How Does PEMF Therapy Work?

The world of alternative medicine is exciting. As the name suggests, alternative medicine implies and relies on non-conventional methods used by the modern fields of medicine and surgery.

Chiropractic medicinal practices are one of the prime examples of alternative medicine. This method is used for the diagnosis and treatment of mainly the musculoskeletal problems of the human body. In this regard, chiropractors put their particular emphasis on curing the spine and nerve roots that emerge from it.

Like the fields of medicine and surgery that rely on several diagnostic and therapeutic tools, the chiropractic method also relies upon several tools and techniques to deliver effective treatment to the patient. One of such techniques is known as PEMF or Pulsed Electromagnetic Field.

In its primitive days, this method involved the Helmholtz Device, which created a uniform electromagnetic field that passed and penetrated the human body, creating a feeling of generalized wellness in the process. But with the advancement of science and technology, things have changed to a considerable extent. Now, the PEMF process involves specialized BioMats that deliver the therapy to the patient.

The Amethyst Mat:

Amethyst is a purple variety of quartz made out of Silicon dioxide. The quartz owes its magnificent violet color to irradiation, iron impurities, and other trace elements. In chiropractic medicine, amethyst is associated with several properties, one of them being a natural tranquilizer. It is also considered a stone that works as an anxiety and stress reliever, something on which chiropractic medicine focuses on healing musculoskeletal ailments.

Due to its healing properties, the amethyst stone is widely used in amethyst mats. In general, a BioMat is a pad placed upon the treatment table on which the patient lies. This amethyst BioMat has two major components:

  • Amethyst Quartz Crystals
  • Negative ions

The current is passed through the mat through a computerized control panel, which converts this electricity into Far Red Infrared rays. These rays penetrate deep into the human body and create healing effects.

Along with converting the current into Far Infra-Red rays, the amethyst mat also produces negative ions, considered natural healers for different ailments. When the current is passed through the amethyst crystals, it results in the formation of negative ions. This current then carries these negative ions along with them, creating healing effects on the body.

How Many Layers Does the Amethyst BioMat have?

How Many Layers Does the Amethyst BioMat have?

The Amethyst BioMat is a complex, layered structure comprising 17 different layers. These layers are:

1. The Surface Layer (made up of silicon and urethane)

2. Waterproof layer

3. Amethyst-embedded layer made for production and transfer of the infra-red rays.

4. Hyron cotton layer to produce thermal insulation

5. TOCA layer for production of negative ions

6. Fabric layer made up of copper nanoparticles

7. Quantum energy layer (embedded with peach and grape seeds)

8.  Another copper layer for electromagnetic interception

9. Carbon layer (for electromagnetic interception)

10. Fiberglass layer

11. Thermal preservation layer

12. Currency heating layer made up of silicon and Teflon for EMF interception

13. Layer made up of non-woven fabric

14. Aluminum layer made for reflecting infrared rays.

15. Another non-woven fabric layer is made for heat preservation.

16. Layer for thermal protection, and

17. The bottom material is made up of high-quality cotton with a brass pattern.

All of these 17 layers of the amethyst BioMat work in complete unison. Among these 17 layers, some are specially made to preserve and transmit the heat to the damaged body tissues. This combination of heat, amethyst, and negative ions thus helps the body recover from its musculoskeletal ailments.
